LOCATION & TRAVEL

The Loews Philadelphia is our headquarter hotel. Events will take place onsite at the Loews. However, the group will leave property to go on the high-rise community tours and also, for the Tuesday Evening Event. Please visit our Host Communities & Tuesday Evening Event webpage for more details.​

Special room rates are available for High-Rise Manager Workshop registrants at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel for $179 per night plus taxes. CAI discounted rates are available March 7-9, 2022 . Group guestroom rates will apply three (3) days prior to and three (3) days following Workshop dates, based on availability. 

A limited number of rooms have been reserved and will be held as a block until filled or until Monday, February 14, 2022 at which time they will be released to the public. All attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the Workshop hotel. Please make your reservations early! It is recommended all attendees and sponsor representatives stay at the event hotel to ensure CAI meets contract requirements which keep our costs low.​

TRAVEL

The Loews Philadelphia is ten miles from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL). 

The Amtrack William H Gray III, 30th Street Station is less than two miles from the hotel.

Taxi and shuttle services are available from the airport and train station to the hotel and can be arranged upon arrival. Rental car agencies are conveniently located at Philadelphia International Airport.  Rental agencies provide frequent free shuttles between all bag claims and their rental car facility.  All rental car shuttles pick-up from Zone 2 on Arrivals Road.

Private transportation services are also an option.

 

WEATHER

Philadelphia weather in March is usually between 53 degrees to 37 degrees, with possibility for rain or light snow. We recommend bringing a jacket and umbrella. Attire for the event is casual.  Attendees should be prepared with comfortable footwear for plenty of walking (inside and out).
