Who Should Attend & Eligibility


CAI is hosting our first annual High-Rise Managers Workshop exclusively for community managers specializing in high-rise communities. The Workshop is hosted by high-rise communities and participants spend time touring communities and attending innovative education sessions specifically designed for the high-rise community manager.

A high-rise com​munity is defined as a building over seven stories​. The Workshop is limited exclusively to high-rise community managers and assistant managers, defined as a full-time, on-site community manager with oversight for day-to-day operations in a building over seven stories.

R​egistration is limited to high-rise community managers and assistant managers, defined as a full-time, on-site community manager with oversight for day-to-day operations in a building over seven stories. ​The Workshop has limited availability with the possibility of selling out quickly. The 2022 Workshop will be limited to 50 participants, so early registration is strongly recommended.
