CAI is hosting our first annual High-Rise Managers Workshop exclusively for community managers specializing in high-rise communities. The Workshop is hosted by high-rise communities and participants spend time touring communities and attending innovative education sessions specifically designed for the high-rise community manager.
A high-rise community is defined as a building over seven stories. The Workshop is limited exclusively to high-rise community managers and assistant managers, defined as a full-time, on-site community manager with oversight for day-to-day operations in a building over seven stories.

The Workshop has limited availability with the possibility of selling out quickly. The 2022 Workshop will be limited to 50 participants, so early registration is strongly recommended.
