M-100: The Essentials of Community Association Management



​Successful community management starts with the essentials! This comprehensive community association management course provides a practical overview for new managers, an essential review for veteran managers and an advanced course for board members. Successful completion of the M-100 can be the first step toward earning the CMCA credential, awarded by CAMICB. Review the Continuing Education Course Matrix to learn more. Topics include:

Course Length

2.5 days | Days 1-2: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. | Day 3: 9 a.m. - 12 Noon
Students have 30 days from the live course to complete an online, multiple-choice examination.

Exam Information
At the conclusion of the course, we will add the final exam to your course package. It will be the final item listed to the left. You will have 30 days from your live course to go through all the material and complete the final exam. Note: The final exam includes 100 multiple-choice questions, is timed (120 minutes) and must be completed in a single session. If you do not pass on your first attempt, you can launch the exam again a second time. The passing score is 70%.

At the end of the exam, you will see a learning objective of how you did on each section. Please record this information as you will not be able to go back and see it again.
