The Society Hill Towers

The Society Hill Towers are iconic I.M. Pei designed buildings located in one of the most historic parts of the country, olde city Philadelphia. Designed to show case floor to ceiling windows, each unit enjoys a spectacular view of the Delaware river or Center City Philadelphia. Listed in the Philadelphia Register of Historical Places, Society Hill Towers is a must see for architecture fans everywhere.

The Philadelphian

(Live tour on Wednesday, March 9)

Built in 1962, The Philadelphian is a 21-story highrise located in the Fairmount section, where the suburbs meets the city. Under one roof, it is the largest condo on the East Coast, made up of 776 units, ten retail tenants, and occupies 1.2 million square feet. It is one of only three condominiums in Philadelphia to be Energy Star Certified by the State of PA for the past five years, and it is also a Gold Star Community.

The Union League of Philadelphia, ranked the #1 City Club in the Country, for an unprecedented fifth consecutive time, is a shining jewel of history in a city defined by such treasure. Founded in 1862 as a patriotic society to support the Union and the policies of President Abraham Lincoln, The Union League of Philadelphia laid the philosophical foundation of other Union Leagues across a nation torn by civil war. The League has hosted U.S. presidents, heads of state, industrialists, entertainers and dignitaries from around the globe and has proudly supported the American military in each conflict since the Civil War.

Union League Policies

  • Dress Code - Business Casual attire for ladies and gentlemen
    • Gentlemen - collared shirt and slacks; turtleneck and mock-turtleneck shirt may be worn when accompanied by a suit jacket or sport coat. 
    • No jeans, sneakers, athletic clothing, or shorts are permitted
