Data from the latest Community Association Manager Compensation and Salary Survey shows that professionals who have earned credentials generally earn more than those who don’t have credentials. Managers and management company CEOs who have achieved a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation or Large-Scale Manager (LSM) designation could earn as much as 10--20% more than other managers or CEOs.
