College of Community Association Lawyer Mentorship Program

The goal of the CCAL Mentorship Program is to expand relationships within the industry.  CAI pairs mentors with mentees from different geographical locations and seeks to pair more senior CCAL Fellows with lawyers that are close to completing their CCAL application. The CCAL Mentorship Program is designed to:

  • Assist new lawyers in developing skills unique to the practice of community association law.
  • Provide a networking opportunity for the community association law industry.
  • Guide experienced industry lawyers in working toward and completing their CCAL application.
  • Provide the opportunity for mutual learning and exchange of ideas.
