College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) Annual Maintenance Fee FAQs
1. How much is my CCAL Annual renewal fee?
Your annual maintenance fee is based on your CAI membership status. CAI member fee is $325.00, please ensure your CAI membership is current. Non-CAI member rate is $625.00.
2. How do I obtain a paper copy of my invoice?
You may print a copy of your invoice by logging into your CAI account under “My Open Invoice” or contact Customer Service at (703) 970.9220.
3. When is my Annual maintenance renewal fee due?
Your annual maintenance fee is due by November 1st of each year.
4. Can I include my Annual Ethics Disclosure form with my invoice?
If you are paying online No, If you are mailing the payment Yes. You can mail it to: CAI, 6402 Arlington Blvd. Suite 500, Falls Church, VA 22042
5. What happens if I don’t pay by November 1st?
Your CCAL membership will be terminated after final notice on December 30th.
