AMS Administrator-Analyst

Summary:  This position oversees all technical aspects of CAI's NetFOURM Enterprise Association Management System.  This includes troubleshooting, testing, user training, and documentation.

Duties:

  • Analyze business requirements and write functional requirement documents for AMS related enhancements and new processes.
  • Provide functional testing for all AMS upgrades and enhancements.
  • Create queries as needed for data integrity and user support.
  • Provide formal and informal AMS training to staff.
  • Provide end user support.  Troubleshoot problems and escalate to AMS vendor as needed.
  • Support senior manager, web projects with AMS e-commerce requirements and testing.

Requirements:

  • Experience with AMS systems, preferably NetFOURM Enterprise.
  • Knowledge of database structure and design.  Basic SQL skills a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to assess an issue accurately and identify underlying causes and solutions.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of Association experience.
