1/17/2023  -  Falls Church, VA

Jan. 17, 2023 — Falls Church, Va. — Community Associations Institute (CAI), the leading authority in community association governance, education, and management, welcomes Vishnu Sharma, CPA, CFE, president of Sharma & Associates, Inc., in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., as its 2023 president.

Sharma, a certified public accountant and certified fraud examiner, has been providing his expert guidance to community associations since 2005, following a 10-year career in loss prevention and fraud investigations for brands including The Sports Authority, Bed Bath & Beyond, Dunkin' Donuts, and Baskin-Robbins. Our 43,000+ membership is diverse in race, religion, and political affiliation, but we treat each other with professionalism and appreciation of our differences.
