Statistical Information

For the seventh time in 13 years, Americans living in homeowners associations and condominiums have told pollsters they are overwhelmingly satisfied in their communities. The findings from the six surveys consist of this:

  • Most residents rate their overall community experience as positive. 
  • Residents say their association board members serve the best interests of their communities.
  • Residents say their community managers provide valuable support to residents and their associations.
  • Residents support community association rules because they protect and enhance property values.
