​Booth Personnel Entitlements

Exhibit registration includes access to the exhibit hall, the Wednesday Welcome Reception and Lunch Thursday and Friday.

Badge Rules for all Exhibitor Personnel ​​

  • Four booth staff are included per booth contracted (i.e. Single=4 staff; Double=8 staff; Triple=12 staff; and Quad=16 staff)
  • Please add all your booth staff to the ESC. If you need me to resend you the link to the ESC, please email Carly Reid at
  • If you plan on having more staff than what your booth is allotted, you must assign days to booth personnel
  • Booth personnel CANNOT be switched-out during the same day, but you can switch from Wednesday to Thursday to Friday
  • Badges will only be given to those staff on their assigned day (e.g. – Wednesday badges must be returned in order for Thursday staff to receive their badges)
  • Badges are required to enter the expo hall. Security will be provided​
