CAI's annual Advocacy Activity Reports provide a look into how CAI’s member-advocates put their resources to work in protecting community association autonomy and forwarding a pro-community agenda.
It is our hope that these reports will help our members to better understand the many legislative challenges faced and to assist in facilitating the exchange of information between our many Legislative Action Committees and member advocates.
These reports feature a collection of critical information from our 35 state LACs and federal LAC about the issues they undertook during the legislative year. In addition to this information, they feature a summary of our Amicus Curiae briefs and an index of popular issue topics found in the report. We suggest you post these reports to your chapter and LAC website so our members and the public may stay up to date on legislation and trends that impact the community association industry.
