​CAI's Community Association Law Seminar is brought to you by the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL)The program is developed each year as part of CCAL's commitment to advancing the knowledge and practice of community association law.​​

The Law Seminar is a one-of-a-kind event exploring trends and practices in association law for attorneys. The s​eminar pro​gramming is intended for community association lawyers and insurance professionals, however other professionals benefit from advanced content at the education sessions.​

$499 - If you are registering three (3) or more individuals from the same company, the third and subsequent registration is $499 and is automatically deducted in the shopping cart when you register them all together online.

CAI POLICIES: 

CAI Anti-Harassment Policy:
In order to provide all participants at events, including members and other attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, employees, and volunteers, the opportunity to interact professionally and benefit from the event, CAI is committed to providing a safe and productive environment free of discrimination, hostility, harassment, and retaliation based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, marital status, citizenship, or any other characteristic protected by law. CAI has a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation and is committed to enforcing this policy at all CAI events. Cancellation Policy: 
Full refunds will be issued if written cancellation is received by January 10, 2021. Registration fees are not refundable after January 11, 2021. Email cancellations to Holly Carson at hcarson@caionline.org.

CAI "Suitcasing​" Policy: 
CAI has a no-tolerance policy regarding "suitcasing," which is the practice of nonsponsoring companies or individuals soliciting sales or sales leads, and/or representing their services or soliciting Law Seminar participants for conflicting social activities. If you are asked to participate in an activity by a non-exhibitor/sponsor please report it to Carly Reid at creid@caionline.org.

Private Party Policy: 
All hosted events must be approved through CAI. Hosted events are not permitted during official Law Seminar activities. Non-exhibiting/sponsoring business partners are not permitted to host or attend events during the Law Seminar, January 25-29, 2021. If you are asked to participate in an activity by a non-exhibitor/sponsor please report it to Carly Reid at creid@caionline.org.

Violators of these policies will be fined $1,950, which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor at any future CAI events. ​​
