General Frequently Asked Questions

  • You will need to reset your password for your CAI account:
    • Go to https://www.caionline.org
    • Clicking "Login" in the upper right of the webpage
    • On the CAI login page click on "Forgot your password?" just below the login fields
    • On the "Forgot your password" page, enter your email address and click "Go" to receive a link on how to reset your password
  • They are available in your CAI account:
    • Go to https://www.caionline.org
    • Login to your CAI account by clicking "Login" in the upper right of the webpage
    • Once logged in, go to “My CAI”
    • In the menu that appears, click “My Orders"
    • In the "My Orders" page you should see any existing orders and can download your invoice or receipt.
