Texas Legislative Action Committee

Volunteer leaders from throughout the state and the Texas CAI Chapters are working together to represent the more than 6 million homeowners, living in 49,500 community associations in the state of Texas. Texas joins 35 other states in the U.S. with legislative action committees committed to our advocacy mission.

Our mission is simple – CAI advances, defends, protects, and strengthens public policy for the community association housing model.
