BOARD OF TRUSTEES
In the event an elected Trustee has three (3) consecutive absences from duly called meetings of the Board of Trustees without the Board of Trustees excusing such absences, such elected Trustee shall be deemed to have resigned as a Trustee, provided, however, that the Board of Trustees, in its discretion, may waive this provision. Community Association Managers Council
In the event a Community Association Managers Council member has two (2) consecutive absences from duly called meetings of the Council without the Chairexcusing such absences, such Council member shall be deemed to have resigned as a Council member, provided, however, that the Community Association Managers Council, in its discretion, may waive this provision. Business Partners Council
In the event a Business Partners Council member has two (2) absences in any calendar year from duly called meetings of the Council without the Chair of the Council excusing such absences, such member of the Council shall be deemed to have resigned as a member of the Council, provided, however, that the Business Partners Council, in its discretion, may waive this provision. Homeowner Leaders Council
In the event a Homeowner Leaders Council member has two (2) absences from duly called meetings of the Council without the Chair of the Council excusing such absences, such Council member shall be deemed to have resigned as a member of the Council, provided, however, that the Homeowner Leaders Council, in its discretion, may waive this provision.
