COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE (CAI) HOSTS 2017 CEO-MC RETREATAnnual leadership event welcomes 200 community association management executives
Oct. 11, 2017—Falls Church, VA— Community Associations Institute (CAI), the leading international authority in community association education, governance, and management, will host the 2017 CEO-MC Retreat, Oct. 11—14 at the Hard Rock Hotel in San Diego. The theme of this year's event: Empower Your Future, Business & Self and explore practical solutions to building financial growth, and innovative ideas to recharge your company and enhance employee productivity and performance.
CEO-MC Retreat is the premier executive education program designed exclusively for chief executive officers and senior executives in community association management companies, and insurance and business professionals serving the 342,000 condominium, co-ops, and community associations in the U.S. and millions more worldwide.
The three-day conference kicks off with opening general session speaker Jim Huling, co-author of The 4 Disciplines of Execution and includes more than 10 education sessions. Huling's vision for achieving a culture of execution often requires changing the behaviors and mobilizing the efforts of large numbers of people to embrace organizational goals. CAI's annual retreat is an ideal opportunity for industry leaders to gather, share ideas, and network with community association peers from across the U.S. This year's exhibit hall will also feature a marketplace for sharing ideas and showcasing cutting-edge information service featuring dozens of companies and professional services that support community association living.
"Running a community association management company is a rewarding yet challenging career, said Thomas M. Skiba, CAE CAI's chief executive officer. "Understanding an occupation that represents more than fifty-thousand professionals, CAI's CEO-MC Retreat offers our attendees three days of critical education, information, and networking experience to better serve the community association homeowners of today and tomorrow."
