Conference education sessions and events will be held inside the brand new Caesars Forum. Harrahs and the Linq hotels are connected to Caesars Forum.

Hotel Accommodations and Guest Rooms
Harrah's – Directly connected to Caesars Forum Conference Center, Harrah's Las Vegas rooms and suites have been fully renovated getting a stylish makeover. Bold purple and blue hues complement the cream-colored décor, dark wood accents and contemporary fixtures. All of the 2526 guestrooms feature flat-screen televisions, cable television access, private bathrooms with showers feature complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Hotel amenities include onsite pool, spa, restaurants, casino, and nightlife.
Relax during or after the conference at The Pool at Harrah's features luxurious cabanas and daybeds available for daily bookings. The private option is excellent for groups or those seeking more seclusion, while poolside chaise lounges place you at the center of the action. Daybed and Cabana reservations are available online. Open to Hotel Guests and VIP only.
Linq - One of the most central locations on the Strip, The LINQ Hotel & Experience boasts a collection of Las Vegas rooms & suites with contemporary design & high-tech features. From concerts, comedy and cool rides at The Promenade to celebrity chef eats, interactive gaming and an upbeat pool, there are so many things to do at The LINQ. Guests will want to check out the LINQ Promenade. This open-air shopping, outdoor dining and entertainment district has great food, fun bars and more. It's also home to the High Roller Observation Wheel.
Beat the August heat at Influence, The POOL at the LINQ, is one of Las Vegas' best party pools. Come experience life-sized games and beer pong, and amazing food and cocktails. Guests can capture the perfect poolside experience to brag about to everyone back home.
What if I already made reservations at Caesars Palace. What do I need to do?
- In order to save a step, Caesars Palace will cancel your reservation and refund the deposit (if applicable). You will receive a cancellation email confirmation. Please use the Online Reservations Link on the Location page. The rate remains the same, $209 and that includes the $37 resort fee (resort fee includes in room and meeting space wifi, 2 fitness center passes daily, local and 800 phone calls)
We recommend booking your room through our online reservation link. It's easier for you to track and confirm/cancel your reservation by using our direct link or call and identify yourself as a CAI attendee. A limited number of rooms have been reserved and will be held as a block until July 10 or until the block has been filled. To ensure a room reservation, book online or call as soon as possible. Once the block is sold-out rooms will be available based on best available rate. Reservation Center at 866-227-5944 to secure a reservation for the group is listed as CAI 2021 National Conference.
All attendees are strongly encouraged to stay at the conference hotel—thereby allowing us to meet our contractual requirements, which are necessary to keep meeting costs down.
