Congratulations! Your session was accepted for the 2018 Conference & Exposition. Below is the checklist and timeline for your materials. The PowerPoint template will be available in November 2017 that you will use when creating your visual presentation.
Email outlines, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations to Holly Carson (firstname.lastname@example.org) via email. Refer to the "Speakers Packet" for expectations and suggestions when creating materials. We will review all presentations before they are considered final.
Speakers need to register if planning to attend the Annual Conference. Registration is discounted at $299. The registration for Conference includes all educations sessions, post-conference recordings of all sessions, the 2018 Online Document Library, lunches, and a reception on Wednesday and a dinner on Friday evening.
If you are a first-time presenter you are required to listen to a 30-minute, pre-recorded webinar on presentation techniques.
The Conference is a paper-free event. All handouts will be provided in an online document library (in advance for download) and on the Conference mobile app.
