Shipping Information

Most online orders are shipped within five business days via UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping to US addresses is available at additional cost.

If you provide your e-mail address, you will receive a shipping notice from Quantum View that provides the UPS tracking number, which allows you to track your package. Please check the UPS website using your tracking number before you call CAI with shipping questions.​

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL US: All orders placed online to be shipped within the continental US are charged a flat rate of $10. Expedited shipping is an additional $25. The shopping cart will display $35​, if you select this option.

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, CANADA, HAWAII AND MEXICO: All orders placed online to be shipped to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and Mexico​ are charged a flat rate of $35.

SHIPPING TO ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS: All orders placed online to be shipped outside the US, Alaska, Canada, Hawaii or Mexico are charged a flat rate of $65.

Returns

Buyers who are not satisfied with an item may return it in its original condition with the packing slip within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item cost (shipping and handling fees are not refunded).

If you receive a damaged item, please return it within 14 days of receipt and note the nature of the damage on the packing slip. We will replace the damaged item as soon as we receive your return. You will not be charged shipping for the replacement.

Returns are not accepted for digital books.​

Backorders

CAI makes every effort to maintain adequate inventory to fill your order promptly. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock. Rather than hold the entire order, CAI will ship a partial order and backorder the unavailable items. Backordered items are usually shipped within 30 days of your original shipment. If the backordered item is not available within 30 days, CAI will contact you.

Payment and Pricing

All purchases must be prepaid by cash or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Prices are subject to change without notice.

Discounts

CAI offers discounts to certain groups in recognition of their status as wholesalers, members, authors, and others. In addition, bulk discounts are offered on some products. All discounts are applied to the nonmember amount unless otherwise noted. Discounts may not be combined unless otherwise noted. Please see the discount policy for more information.
