SCHEDULE​ (as of February​ 2022 - subject to change)​

Sponsors are encouraged to join, contribute and network with attendees during the education sessions!

Monday, March 7

  • 8am - 1pm - Sponsor Move-in
  • ​1 - 7:30pm - Registration
  • 2:30 - 4:30pm - Welcome and Education Sessions
  • 5 - 6​:30pm - Reception and Sponsor Tradeshow

Tuesday, March 8

  • 7:30 - 8:30am - Breakf​ast and Sponsor Tradeshow
  • 8:30 - 9:30am - Welcome and Keynote Session
  • 9:30 - 3:45pm - Attendees will be offsite touring Society Hill. Access to the community tour is limited to attendees only
  • 3:45 - 5:15pm - Attendees return to Loews and will go into an Education Session
  • 6 - 9:30pm - Attendees will be at an offsite event, so this is an open night for you!​

Wednesday, March 9​

  • ​​7:30 ​- 8:30am - Breakfast and Sponsor Tradeshow
  • 8:30 - 9:45am - Welcome and Education Session
  • 9:45am - 2:45pm - Attendees will break into three separate Groups - Group One Tour, Group Two Breakout Session and Group Three Breakout session. They will rotate three times. Access to the community tour ​is limited to attendees only, but sponsors are encouraged to stay onsite and join the​ breakout sessions​​. At 12:30pm Lunch will be provided for both attendees and sponsors​
  • 2:45 - 4pm - Education Session
  • 4 - 4:15pm - Closing remarks

Terms
​Full payment must accompany signed contract. CAI reserves the right to refuse any contract or to cancel any contract it deems appropriate to avoid conflicts of interest. 

Cancellation Policy
No refunds after February 1, 2022. Please e​mail cancellation requests to Carly Reid at creid@caionline.org.​


Private Party Policy
All hospitality suites and hosted events must be reserved, approved and paid for through CAI. Hospitality Suites/hosted events are not permitted during official Workshop activities.  Non-sponsoring companies are not permitted to host events at the official hotel during the Workshop.


Suitcasing Policy
CAI has a no tolerance policy regarding “suit casing" which describes the practice of non-sponsoring companies or individuals of soliciting sales or sales leads in the lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting Workshop participants for conflicting social activities.

Violators of these policies will be ejected from the Workshop, if applicable, and charged $2,500 which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI event​.
