Share your expertise, ideas, and solutions with community association professionals around the world at the industry's largest event.
Impact, Influence, Inspire – CAI’s conference theme that surely resonates with the community managers, homeowner leaders, and business partners who have discovered new ways to conduct business and manage their communities over the past 19 months.
What impact have you had on your communities that generated change or influenced new outcomes?
How has your influence strengthened your communities or your staff to be more team-focused?
Is your roadmap to success built upon your ability to inspire those around you?
We know you have many tools in your leadership toolkit. Dig deep and share with us your topic ideas spanning all areas of business, leadership, and association management. Examples include facilitating virtual meetings, manager retention, data privacy concerns, technology innovations, embracing millennials - both as clients/homeowners, work life balance, diversity and inclusion, mental health, and more.

When submitting your presentation request, please remember:
- Session panels are limited to three (3) speakers per panel.
- Intermediate and advanced level presentations are preferred, since the majority of the audience has been in the industry for more than 10 years.
- Topics are not limited to the ones listed above.
