Advanced registration (through April 15, 2020) is limited to onsite large-scale general managers, assistant general managers and those with a current LSM designation.

WORKSHOP GRANT APPLICATION:
The Large-Scale Managers Committee (LSMC) has established grant funds to provide financial support for large-scale managers, who are in need, to attend the annual Workshop. Two grant recipients will receive complimentary Workshop registration and a maximum of $1,000 each to cover expenses related to the 2020 Workshop.

GOLF REGISTRATION 

A golf event open to all registrants has been planned for Wednesday, October 7, 2020.
Please register early as this event is limited to 24 players.

Cost:  $125 per golfer

Where:  Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club (http://www.arroyotrabuco.com/)
The Arroyo Trabuco Golf Club is a public-access daily fee facility featuring an 18-hole championship-length golf course designed by PGA Tour professional Tom Lehman and well-respected local golf course architect, Casey O'Callaghan.
Includes:

  • 18 holes of golf

  • Beverages on course
​​LAGUNA BEACH TOUR REGISTRATION

90-minute guided tour of Laguna Beach downtown historic areas, arts district, and main beach. The tour will end near restaurant/shopping areas for some free exploration time. Guided Tour and Transportation is included. Contact Scarlet Duggan at Scarlet.Duggan@fsresidential.com with questions.

Cost:  $35 per person
Time:  9:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 7th
Maximum of 30 people can reserve this tour. Minim​um of 6 people must reserve this tour by September 1 for the tour to happen, otherwise a refund is issued and the tour is cancelled.


Cancellation Policy:  Full refunds less a $50 Administration Fee will be issued if written cancellation is received by August 21, 2020. Cancellations received between August 22nd and September 4th, are subject to a 50% administrative fee.  Registration fees are not refundable after September 5th.

Private Party Policy:  All hospitality suites and hosted events must be reserved, approved and paid for through CAI.  Hospitality Suites/hosted events are not permitted during official Workshop activities.  Non-sponsoring companies are not permitted to host events at the official hotel during the Workshop.

CAI Suitcasing Policy:  CAI has a no tolerance policy regarding “suit casing" which describes the practice of non-sponsoring companies or individuals of soliciting sales or sales leads in the lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting Workshop participants for conflicting social activities.

Violators of these policies will be ejected from the Workshop if applicable and charged $3,000 which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI events.
