Congratulations! Your session was accepted for the 2019 Conference & Exposition. Below is the checklist and timeline for your materials. The PowerPoint template will be available by February 28, 2019, that you will use when creating your visual presentation. ​

• REVISED Speaker Schedule - review your session​ time​
  

Handouts are due:​

• DRAFT - March 29, 2019​
  
• FINAL - April 24, 2019
  

Email outlines, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations to Holly Carson (hcarson@caionline.org) via email. Refer to the "Speakers Packet" for expectations and suggestions when creating materials. We will review all presentations before they are considered final.

Speakers need to register if planning to attend the Annual Conference. Registration is discounted at $299. The registration for Conference includes all educations sessions, post-conference recordings of all sessions, the 2019 Online Document Library, lunches, and a reception on Wednesday and a dinner on Friday evening. 

Speaker's Webinar

If you are a first-time presenter you are required to listen to  a 30-minute, pre-recorded webinar on presentation techniques.

Conference Online Document Library

The Conference is a paper-free event. All handouts will be provided in an online document library (in advance for download) and on the Conference mobile app. ​
