The 2021 Community Association Virtual Law Seminar Announces Leo Logothetis as Keynote Speaker

Community Associations Institute and the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) proudly announce that Leon Logothetis, a global adventurer, philanthropist, and the best-selling author and creator of the Netflix show The Kindness Diaries, will be the Wayne Hyatt Lecture Series keynote speaker at the 2021 Virtual Community Association Law Seminar, Jan. 25–29.

A discussion described as “right for the times," Logothetis, a former stockbroker, shares his approach to success and survival by highlighting the remarkable benefits of kindness and hope. His perspective offers attendees a strategy to boost well-being and lead with goodwill. This keynote address explores the incredible positive impact community association lawyers have on community association leaders and residents.

The 2021 Community Association Virtual Law Seminar is a one-of-a-kind gathering for attorneys, insurance professionals, and other industry leaders that examines emerging trends and legislative issues important to the practice of community association law. Attendees will hear about the latest developments on critical topics, including fair housing laws, case law analysis, legislative trends, and ethics. Attorneys who attend will earn continuing legal education (CLE) credits in accordance with their state requirements.

Professional education also is offered to Community Insurance and Risk Management Specialists (CIRMS) through the Insurance Masters Program. The workshop runs concurrently with the Law Seminar and is designed for experienced insurance professionals.
