Based on a program that was awarded the best manuscript at the 2021 Community Association Law Seminar, this webinar will provide specific guidance and tools to help community leaders recognize when interactions in the community are considered harassment under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Participants will learn how to develop a process for appropriately addressing these situations and ensuring that the community moves toward becoming a more welcoming environment.
