Thank you again for participating in your chapter’s Board Leader Certificate Course. To officially earn your CAI Board Leader Certificate, there are just a few final steps to complete online.
- Register for the virtual Board Leader Certificate Course, click here.
- This is a zero fee access to the course, on the payment page you do not need to enter any payment information, please leave that blank and continue through the order process.
- You will need to enter the online portal review and acknowledge that you have read and understand the following three documents (included within the program):
- Model Code of Ethics for Community Association Board Members
- Community Association Governance Guidelines
- Rights and Responsibilities for Better Communities
- You will be able to download your certificate once you complete this step and exit the portal.
- You will also have access to the portal for 120 days, feel free to review any of the modules for more additional information.
- Expand your knowledge - take a look at specific publications to assist you in your role.
- Promote Your Achievement - download examples and templates on how to share with your community.
