Congratulations on Completing the Program!

Thank you again for participating in your chapter’s Board Leader Certificate Course. To officially earn your CAI Board Leader Certificate, follow these steps.

  1. Register for the virtual Board Leader Certificate Course, click here.
  2. Click Add to Cart.
  3. Log in using your CAI Online account credentials.
    • If you do not have an account, enter your email address and select “No, but I would like to create an account” to set one up.
  4. This is a $0 registration. You do not need to enter any payment information - leave all payment fields blank.
  5. Continue through the checkout process and click Submit Order to complete your registration.
  6. Click My Online Learning, then select Launch to access the course.
  7. You may review the course modules, or click Board Leader Certificate Confirmation Statement to begin the certificate process.
  8. Acknowledge that you have read and understand the following three documents (also located in the appendices of the Board Member Toolkit):
  9. Click Next at the bottom of the screen to view the scoring screen. A checkmark should now appear next to Board Leader Certificate Confirmation Statement.
  10. Click Board Leader Certificate Course Evaluation and complete the course evaluation.
  11. After submitting the evaluation, you will be prompted to access your certificate on the Education Summary page.
  12. Click Certificate under My Event History to download.
