Congratulations to our 2024 Recruiter of the Year!
Since 1994, Staci has been a resolute advocate for CAI, serving in various leadership roles within the Chesapeake Chapter. Her naturally outgoing personality and ability to connect with others make her an exceptional recruiter. Staci actively engages with both chapter members and outside groups, introducing many newcomers to CAI. Her continued success in recruitment earned her the title of CAI’s Recruiter of the Year for 2024, a testament to her commitment to CAI’s mission. Last year she successfully recruited 61 new members, strengthening the organization’s community.
