Phoebe E. Neseth, Esq., serves as vice president, government relations, public affairs & legal and joined Community Associations Institute following law school in 2017. During and after law school, she worked as a legislative consultant with a Maryland law firm supporting several trade associations and working with the Maryland General Assembly.
Neseth leads local, state, and federal advocacy, supporting key legislative action committees, and identifying and tracking key legislative issues and policy trends. She also is the lead for CAI’s College of Community Association Lawyers, including the CCAL Board of Governors, CCAL Law Seminar Planning Committee, and CCAL task force initiatives.
Neseth holds a bachelor of science in legal studies from the Pennsylvania State University and earned her juris doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is a licensed attorney in Maryland and resides in Washington, D.C. Science in Legal Studies from the Pennsylvania State University and earned in the state of Maryland and resides in Washington D.C.
