Michele Jerome, CAE, leads educational programs, professional development and credentialing activities, and events provided by Community Associations Institute (CAI)—the preeminent, international organization representing the community association housing sector, including condominiums, homeowners associations, cooperatives, and strata communities. This housing model is the fastest growing globally and represents an estimated 30 to 60 percent of housing worldwide, particularly in major urban markets. CAI provides education and resources for all stakeholders in the industry – homeowners, volunteer board members, community managers, and business partners.

With three decades of nonprofit management experience and nearly a decade with CAI, Jerome is advancing CAI’s commitment to provide education and resources to foster transparent governance, responsible management and vibrant communities.
