**The ​​Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) exam is offered by Community Association Managers International Certification Board​ (CAMICB) 

Learning Impacts Earning

Data from the la​test Community Association Manager Compensation and Salary Survey​ shows that professionals who have earned credentials generally earn more than those who don’t have credentials. Managers and management company CEOs who have achieved a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation or Large-Scale Manager (LSM) designation could earn as much as 10--20% more than other managers or CEOs.
