​​The CAI President's Club was created in 1984 as a special fundraising organization of dedicated volunteer leaders within Community Associations Institute. Members of the President's Club take great pride in those accomplishments directly attributable to their efforts and generosity.

The Club, whose members pay an initiation fee and an annual maintenance fee, reviews and approves applications to fund worthy CAI projects.

The mission of the President's Club is to:

• Provide venture capital to develop and fund strategic initiatives
  
• Foster innovative and entrepreneurial ideas for advancing the industry and its influence
  
• Serve as an incubator for emerging concepts addressing the needs of the industry
