Prepare for an Imminent Disaster

When a natural disaster is imminent, it's time to implement the community emergency plan and notify management and residents to get ready for impact. Managers can help community residents prepare for emergency situations by promoting awareness, personal planning, and training.

Community and Individual Preparedness
 

The community's emergency plan and basic evacuation procedures should be widely known and communicated. Residents should always have a personal emergency plan. Ask yourselves these questions when making the plan:
