Since the collapse of Champlain Towers South condominium in Surfside, Fla., in June 2021, CAI has been committed to improving condominium safety and preventing another tragedy like it. Over the past few years, CAI has educated residents, board members, community managers, business partners, legislators, and regulators about structurally sound and fiscally responsible communities.

The information and resources below cover aging infrastructure, reserve studies and funding, building inspections, maintenance, community association living responsibilities, CAI policy positions, and more. Help CAI advocate for change by sharing these materials and by joining our public policy efforts.
