Attorneys (Live and In-Person and Live Webcast)
As a CLE provider, CAI will apply for CLE credit with certain state bars - see below for the listing of states.
Note: CAI cannot guarantee states will approve the Law Seminar for CLE credit
Live and In-Person Attendee
In order to receive credit, you must have:
- Attended the entire presentation onsite
- Completed the session evaluations via the App
- Provided state bar #(s) for CAI to use for state reporting via onsite sign-in sheets
Live Webcast Attendee
In order to receive credit, you must have:
- Attended the entire presentation via the App
- Checked into the session via the App
- Completed the session evaluations via the App
- Provided state(s) and bar #(s) for CAI to use for state reporting via Survey Monkey email
CAI will apply for both Live/In-Person CLE and Live Webcast CLE credit in the following states.
State name will be in BLUE when it is hyperlinked to the certificate of attendance.
If the state is GRAY, then we have not yet heard from the state bar on CLE approval.
As state bar approval notices come in, we will post the certificates and email attendees with the hours approved by that state and any filing instructions and fee information (if applicable).
Attorneys must self-report and/or apply on own for CLE credit in the following states.

Insurance Agents
Community Association Underwriters of America (CAU) will file for CE credit for insurance agents.

Community Managers
Certificate for Non-Attorneys
- CMCA – 1 day attendance = 6 hours; 2 days = 12 hours; 3 days = 15 hours. Administered by CAMICB (www.camicb.org)
- AMS – Attendance will give you 6 hours (one-day) or 12 (two days) hours toward the eight hours of other industry related education required for AMS redesignation. Completion of a PMDP course (M-200 level or above) is also required
Full attendance is required for credit for the below designations:
- PCAM – Attendance provides 10 points for the PCAM application and satisfies the continuing education requirements for PCAM redesignation. Speaking/presenting at the Law Seminar earns 10 points for the PCAM application
- LSM – Attendance provides 7 points for the LSM application and redesignation
- CIRMS – Attendance or presenting provides 10 points for the CIRMS application and redesignation
