Congratulations! Your session was accepted for the 2021 Virtual Law Seminar. Below is the checklist and timeline for your materials. You must use the PowerPoint template provided below when creating your visual presentation.

Holly will set up a Rehearsal in Zoom with each panel and POC to review speaking line-up, moderator roles, each person's AV and environment (lighting, audio, internet connection, etc.)

- Zoom Communications has partnered with expert trainers to help speakers/professors present virtually (improve skills, use of 3-D body language, etc.) provide ways to engage the audience. You can register for free Zoom Training sessions, (one helpful ongoing session is, "Connect with Confidence in Higher Ed").

Email outlines, handouts, and PowerPoint presentations to your Point of Contact (POC) and to Holly Carson (hcarson@caionline.org) via email. Refer to the "Speakers Packet" for expectations and suggestions when creating materials. Your POC will review all presentations before they are considered final.
Speaker's Webinar
If you are a first-time presenter you are required to listen to a 30-minute, pre-recorded webinar on presentation techniques.
Schedule
- Each education session is 60 minutes.
- The Virual Law Seminar is scheduled for January 25-29, 2021.
- Programming will be held approximately 3 hours, 12-3 p.m., daily.

Law Seminar Online Document Library
All handouts will be provided in an online document library (in advance for download) and on the Law Seminar website - available once attendee logs-in site only.

Registration
Speakers need to register if planning to attend the Law Seminar and want CEU credit. The discounted Virtual Registration is $599 for individual by January 11, 2021. The registration for Law Seminar includes all educations sessions, access to all sessions for two months after the Seminar and the Online Document Library with all session materials.
