Advanced registration (through February 15, 2021 – 60 days after registration is open) is limited to onsite large-scale general managers, assistant general manager's and those with a current LSM designation.

Guest tickets are available to be added to a full registration.

Guest ticket includes:

  • Welcome Reception (Wednesday)

  • Breakfasts (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

GOLF REGISTRATION - CANCELLED DUE TO LOW PARTICIPATION

A golf event open to all registrants has been planned for Wednesday morning.  Register early…this event is limited to 24 players.

Where:  1757 Golf Club, Dulles VA - https://www.1757golfclub.com/
Time: 8:30 am tee off; bus leaves at 7:30 am.
Cost:  $125​ per golfer 

Includes:

  • Round-trip transportation
  • Breakfast
  • 18 holes of golf
  • Range balls
  • Beverages on course
  • Box Lunch
  • On-Course Contest Set Up (Longest drive, Closest to the pin, etc.)

Workshop grant
In 2003, the Large-Scale Managers Committee began a grant program offering $1,000 plus complimentary registration to two individuals to aid in attending the Workshop. There are guidelines and qualifications for the grant which is facilitated through an application and volunteer judging process.

CAI Policies

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds less a $25 Administration Fee will be issued if written cancellation is received by August 6, 2021. Cancellations received between August 7 and 20, 2021, are subject to a 50% administrative fee. Registration fees are not refundable after August 20, 2021.

Private Party Policy: All hospitality suites and hosted events must be reserved, approved and paid for through CAI. Hospitality Suites/hosted events are not permitted during official Workshop activities. Non-sponsoring companies are not permitted to host events at the official hotel during the Workshop. 

CAI Suitcasing Policy: CAI has a no tolerance policy regarding "suit casing" which describes the practice of non-sponsoring companies or individuals of soliciting sales or sales leads in the lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting Workshop participants for conflicting social activities.

Violators of these policies will be ejected from the Workshop if applicable, and charged $3,000 which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI events.
