CEUs for professional certifications are awarded for attendance at the CAI Legal Forum: California Communities as listed below.

CMCA | 1 day=7.5 CEUs 
Please note: The CMCA is administered by CAMICB.

AMS Redesignation: The requirements for the AMS redesignation are one PMDP course (M-200 level or above) as well as eight hours of other industry related education. This would count toward the full eight hours of other industry related education.

Please note: The related CID course would also count as the eight hours of the other industry related education, but cannot be used in place of the required PMDP course (M-200 level or above.)

PCAM Application: When applying for the PCAM designation, you can apply up to 10 points in Section II (page 5) of the PCAM application.

PCAM Redesignation: The CAI Legal Forum: California Communities counts for eight hours toward the PCAM redesignation. This will need to be combined with the other options listed on this page to reach twelve hours.

Please note: The related CID course does not count toward the PCAM redesignation requirements.
