​WORKSHOP GRANT APPLICATION:

The Large-Scale Managers Committee (LSMC) has established grant funds to provide financial support for large-scale managers, who are in need, to attend the annual Workshop. Two grant recipients will receive complimentary Workshop registration and a maximum of $1,000 to cover expenses related to the 2018 Workshop. Two scholarships are available for the 2018 Workshop. ​

​ARGO Mine Tour Day Trip​

$50 pre-register​ required

The Argo Gold Mine and Mill is a former ​​mining and milling property consisting of a gold mine and gold mill in Idaho Springs, Colorado, built at the ​entrance of the ​Argo Tun​n​el in 1912.  The tour will leave the hotel at 9 a​m includes the tour, box lunch and transportation.  The tour will return to the hotel in time for the afternoon large-scale meetings. ​Jewelry Making

$50 which includes all materials.

Make your own Mala meditation necklace, which will include 108 semi-precious stones and a guru bead.  You will also learn how to hand tie the tassel!  Learn the attributes to the various stones that you incorporate into your ne​cklace!  Cost is $50 which includes all materials.  Class will be held 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 am at the Hyatt Regency. Contact Michele Ray-Brethower at mray-brethower@meadowslink.com with questions.​

​Painting and Mimosas

$50 for an 11" x 14" canvas art. ​​

In a relaxed, social, group setting, an artist will guide you through replicating the featured painting step by step. Whether you are an aspiring Van Gogh or just look​ing to explore your creative side, you are sure to go home with a painting that is uniquely yours. By the end of the class you will​ be am​azed at the artwork you h​ave created! The class starts at 10:30 am at the Hyatt and will take about two

​​GOLF REGISTRATION 

A golf event open to all registrants has been planned for Wednesday morning.  Register early…this event is limited to 32 players.
Cost:  $95 per golfer​.
Time:  7:30 am tee off; bus leaves at 6:30 am.​
​Where:  Omni Interlocken
The Golf Club at Omni Interlocken takes golfing in the Denver area to a whole new level.  Get ready for breathtaking setting at the 27-hole championship golf course with striking scenery and 400 feet of elevation changes.  Omni Interlocken was ranked third in the “Best Resort Courses" of Colorado.

​CAI Policies

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds less a $25 Administration Fee will be issued if written cancellation is received by August 3, 2018. Cancellations received between August 4 and 17, 2018, are subject to a 50% administrative fee. Registration fees are not refundable after August 18, 2018.

Private Party Policy: All hospitality suites and hosted events must be reserved, approved and paid for through CAI. Hospitality Suites/hosted events are not permitted during official Workshop activities. Non-sponsoring companies are not permitted to host events at the official hotel during the Workshop. 

CAI Suitcasing Policy: CAI has a no tolerance policy regarding "suit casing" which describes the practice of non-sponsoring companies or individuals of soliciting sales or sales leads in the lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting Workshop participants for conflicting social activities. 

Violators of these policies will be ejected from the Workshop if applicable, and charged $3,000 which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI events.
