Travel:
DIA is located northeast of downtown Denver, a cab or DEN airport shuttle ride puts you in the heart of the city in about 25 minutes. The city's public transport system, Regional Transportation District (RTD), at a cost of $9 each way, travelers can use the rail service, known as the A Line, https://www.denver.org/visitdenver/getting-around/airport-rail/, to get from the airport to Denver Union Station and vice versa courtesy of the Regional Transportation District (RTD), metro Denver's public transit provider. The A Line travel time for the 23 mile trek is 37 minutes to Union Station/and then you would uber/taxi to and from hotel location. Please note: Rail vehicles on the A Line have overhead storage, luggage towers and bicycle racks. Travelers must be able to handle their own luggage.
As the event nears, the host committee will assist in coordinating ride sharing if registrants notify Chris Pacetti at ChrisP@kcranch.org of arrival and departure times. Registrants will be notified of others arriving/departing during the same approximate times to do a ride share for transportation and share the cost.

Dress code:
CAI's Large-Scale Managers Workshop is a professional event, however due to weather, we encourage casual attire, as well as comfortable shoes. A light jacket or sweater may be needed for air conditioned spaces and evening events.
