ensure there is adequate food, beverage, seating, and materials.

CAI is offering two $500 scholarships to assist with travel costs to attend the Retreat. Interested applicants should complete the attached application and submit to Denise Davenport at firstname.lastname@example.org. The application deadline is Fri., July 28.
Chapters are responsible for CED travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Breakfast and lunch will be provided on Monday and Tuesday, with an optional dinner on Monday night.

CAI has negotiated a discounted rate of $239 p/night (single/double occupancy). This rate expires August 25, 2017. The discounted rate is valid from September 21 – September 30, subject to availability.
