2017 Large-Scale Managers Workshop

Sugar Land, TX  | September 13-16, 2017

Each fall, CAI's Large-Scale Managers Committee hosts an annual workshop exclusively for community managers specializing in large-scale communities. The workshop is hosted by at least one large-scale community and participants spend three days touring properties and attending innovative education sessions specifically designed for the large-scale community manager.

Host communities

First Colony Community Association

  AND            Sienna Plantation

The workshop will begin with registration on Wednesday and conclude Saturday evening. The workshop will include visiting unique communities, motivating education sessions, locally flavored events and dining experiences, and of course, there will be plenty of opportunity to network, renew old acquaintances and make new friends.

Large-scale managers will gather to share their best ideas and practices, garner new information at specialized educational sessions and hands on tours at three diverse communities. Tours will showcase community best practices, as well as the culture of the greater Houston area.

Participants should plan to remain through Saturday mid-day, September 16 to take advantage of education, activities and events planned. Workshop programming will end at 12 noon, followed by an optional Saturday afternoon networking event.

Registration is limited to 150 attendees.
