Golf Registration
A golf event open to all registrants and companions has been planned for Wednesday morning. Register early...this event is limited to 32 players.
- Where: Trilogy at Power Ranch, Gilbert, Arizona http://www.trilogygolfclub.com/powerranch/
- Time: 8:00 a.m. tee off; bus leaves at 6:30 a.m.
- Cost: $110 per golfer (Golf activity must be prepaid with your registration)

Pink Jeep Tour Registration
Friday afternoon will be leisure time spent in spectacular Sedona, Arizona. Options include shopping at the unique Tlaquepaque or downtown Sedona, sightseeing on your own, or taking advantage of a pre-arranged Pink Jeep tour showcasing the breathtaking views of the world-famous Sedona red rocks.

The Pink Jeep Tour activity is open to all registrants and companions. Reservations for this activity will be accepted with workshop registration until August 5, 2015. After August 5, participants must reserve and pay for this activity directly with the tour operator at 1-800-873-3662.
The release below is required from all Pink Jeep Tour participants. For those who reserve at the time of workshop registration, please have a copy of the release completed and signed for each participant. Please enter "Community Associations Institute" as the group name and leave the confirmation number blank. Return the signed document(s) to us by Monday, August 24. Pink Jeep Tours Release
Scholarship
In 2003, the Large-Scale Managers Committee began a scholarship program offering $1,000 to two individuals to aid in attending the Workshop. There are guidelines and qualifications for the scholarship which is facilitated through an application and volunteer judging process.

CAI Policies
Cancellation Policy: Full refunds less a $25 Administration Fee will be issued if written cancellation is received by August 7, 2015. Cancellations received between August 8 and 22, 2015 are subject to a 50% administrative fee. Registration fees are not refundable after August 23, 2015.
Private Party Policy: All hospitality suites and hosted events must be reserved, approved and paid for through CAI. Hospitality Suites/hosted events are not permitted during official Workshop activities. Non-sponsoring companies are not permitted to host events at the official hotel during the Workshop.
CAI Suitcasing Policy: CAI has a no tolerance policy regarding "suit casing" which describes the practice of non-sponsoring companies or individuals of soliciting sales or sales leads in the lobbies and/or representing their services or soliciting Workshop participants for conflicting social activities.
Violators of these policies will be ejected from the Workshop if applicable, and charged $3,000 which must be paid prior to registering as an attendee, exhibitor or sponsor at any future CAI events.
