Telephone Calls & E-mails

Telephone calls and e-mails ​from constituents are valuable tools. They can be very effective right before a crucial vote. They are likely taken by staff members and forwarded on or reported to the representative or senator. When responding to CAI Calls to Action, try not to use the boilerplate information sent. Rework the information sent and personalize it.​​​
