Interpretation re section 40 of the Act 62.01 For the purposes of section 40 of the Act, “convene an annual general meeting", unless prohibited by the bylaws of a corporation, includes convening an annual general meeting of the owners by means of a telephonic, electronic or other communication facility that permits all participants to communicate adequately with each other during the meeting.
