Virtual meetings
14AA Subject to the corporation’s declaration and by-laws, a meeting of the
members of a corporation may be held entirely or partially by telephonic or electronic means and a member who, through those means, votes at the meeting or
establishes a communications link to the meeting is deemed, for the purpose of this
Act, to be present at the meeting.
