W. Alexander Noland, Esq.

W. Alexander Noland, Esq., is the founding shareholder of Noland Law PC and manages the firm. He has been practicing community association law in California since 2008, and has been based in San Francisco since 2011.

Alex provides corporate counsel, transactional, and advisory legal services to boards of directors of residential, mixed-use, and commercial/industrial common interest developments. His practice includes counseling associations on corporate governance, fiduciary duties, and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, negotiating and drafting contracts, amending and restating governing documents, preparing opinions and advisory letters on corporate business and legal issues, and representing associations in mediation and other alternative dispute resolution proceedings.
