John R. MacDowell

John R. MacDowell, Esq., is a shareholder of the firm Fiore, Racobs & Powers and is the managing shareholder of its Orange County office. MacDowell is the Past President of the Orange County Regional Chapter of CAI. He is currently Vice-Chair of the CAI California Legislative Action Committee, and a delegate to the Committee from the Orange County Chapter. MacDowell has been recognized for his numerous contributions to CAI's Orange County Chapter with the prestigious May Russell Hall of Fame Award in 2010 and the Ellen Ellish Award in 2009. MacDowell has presented educational programs and seminars at CAI Orange County Chapter education luncheons, the CAI Law Forum/California Communities and the CACM Law Seminar. He has written numerous articles on community association law and contributes frequently to CAI's O.C. View magazine.
