Jennifer A. Loheac, Esq. is a Shareholder with the law firm of Becker & Poliakoff. Jennifer devotes her practice to community association law, representing numerous condominium and homeowner associations throughout New Jersey. Loheac actively volunteers on the CAI Federal Legislative Action Committee (LAC) as well as the New Jersey LAC and has served for several years on the CAI's National Amicus Committee. In her role on the CAI National Government & Public Affairs Committee for the last several years, Loheac has helped to draft numerous policy resolutions for the organization and participated in CAI's presence before FEMA and Congress in Washington D.C. to advocate for communities devastated by Storm Sandy. Loheac is the past Chair of the editorial committee for the CAI-NJ industry publication, Community Trends. Jennifer also publishes and lectures locally and nationally on community association law. Her most recent articles have explored such subjects as rental restrictions, fair housing law, aging in place initiatives, free speech case and more. Loheac is a four-time recipient of the Rising Star designation by Super Lawyer Magazine. In her previous career, Loheac was the managing director of broadcast services for the American Stock Exchange in New York where she developed a television production studio and co-created a business financial show called "Money Talks."
