Professional Management Development Program (Education Sponsor)
Sponsoring CAI’s Professional Management Development Program (PMDP) is an opportunity to increase your visibility and enhance your brand throughout the year. The PMDP offers a variety of career-enhancing learning opportunities for community association professionals of all levels.
The PMDP includes 17 different courses taught close to 180 times a year to more than 5,000 students. Some courses are also available online. The courses address a wide range of topics, including finance, insurance, leadership, governance and communications. The curricula lead to professional credentials and satisfy continuing education requirements.
The marketing benefit extends well beyond those who attend the classes. CAI’s publishing division, CAI Press, distributes more than 70,000 printed bookstore catalogs each year to management company executives, community managers, board members and other homeowner volunteer leaders. The online version of the catalog is viewed by thousands more, and e-mail promotions are sent to all members throughout the year to keep CAI Press and its sponsors top of mind.

Webinars are available as live, online programs and on-demand recorded events.

CAI launched webinar training in 2008 and offers at least 12 webinars every year. Live webinars average approximately 50 attendees per broadcast, with additional viewers reached through on-demand recordings. The webinar program continues to grow in popularity, with CAI members earning redesignation credit for their professional credentials by participating. Only one webinar sponsorship is offered each year.
